Norma Lewis Domestic Staff Agency understands that providing care for frail, ageing parents or even a needy spouse is often extremely difficult. Whether you look after someone yourself at home, or oversee their welfare from further away, I can help you.

Perhaps you just need a kind, sensitive person who can live with your parent, ensuring they are safe at night, when they can be at their most vulnerable? Do you need someone to help with the strain of wondering how you yourself can be in 2 or 3 places at once – how do you work, run your own home, and also make sure that your Mum and Dad take their medicines, attend their Hospital appointments, and cook themselves a meal safely?

I can find you a kind, compassionate and trustworthy person who can help provide light services for your elderly Parents or Spouse. These services may include undertaking errands and shopping, meal preparation, light cleaning, some assistance with bathing/showering, dressing and undressing, medication reminders, and both organizing, and accompanying them on, Doctors’ appointments and Hospital visits.

This person can be available on either a live-in or live-out basis, for either Short Term or Permanent Placements. 

All Applicants have either an enhanced CRB check, or a police check Certificate from their own country, and are fully reference checked. Some will have NVQ qualifications as Carers, but as I am not a licenced Nursing Agency, I may only provide them as a Caring Companion.
