LIVE IN AU PAIR, BUSHEY £100 PER WEEK.
Do you want no Babysitting, every weekend free and to live in an adults only Family?
This is about me and my family, and what we need:
I live with my Husband and my adult son in Bushey.
I am 55 yrs, and my husband 61yrs.
My daughter has now left home, and lives very nearby, and pops in all the time.
Our house is semi detached, and has 4 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom.
We are an upside down House – my Husband is a London Taxi Driver, and works nights, (2pm -2am) so gets up late, I work days running a Domestic Staff Agency(9.30 -7pm), while my Son who is an Estate Agent, works days (7.30am – 7pm).
Both my husband and I work 6-7 days each week.
This means I cannot offer a person a traditional Family Home – everyone does everything at different times!
Whoever comes here must be happy to be independent – not because we are unfriendly, but because of our circumstances.
Cristina works about 6 hours a day, split between 5 hours cleaning / washing/ ironing, and about 1 hour helping with cooking and clearing up after meals.
Also, because I suffer from a bad back and legs, she offers me many kindnesses each day –  including reminding me to take all my Tablets, and keeping me going with endless hot drinks!
Every weekend is free – there is no Babysitting, as my Son is nearly 24, and my Daughter (who as I said doesn’t live here) is 25!!
You would earn £100 a week from me, and then go cleaning/ working elsewhere every afternoon Monday to Friday, plus any work you choose to do on a Saturday day/ evening.
You should easily be able to earn £180 - £200 a week, and more if you choose to work at a weekend.
Bushey is a lovely suburb situated in NW London, with many other Au Pairs living here.
It has a choice of good Language schools, colleges, and Private Tutors, and is close to 2 libraries, shops and busy cafes.
It is only 10 minutes on the bus to Watford, with its famous Football club, major shopping centre, and clubs, bars and cafes. Watford also has a big and popular Market.
10 minutes on the Bus (in different directions) takes you to 5 other large North West London Suburbs – Harrow, Edgware, Stanmore, Elstree and Borehamwood... and all of these suburbs also have very many Au Pairs living there... so you can make many new friends, as well as enjoying many leisure activities, including Cinema, bowling, and swimming!
Bushey has easy transport to central London by either rail, or bus and underground.

NLDS 571 LIVE OUT P/T NANNY, (AFTER SCHOOL CARE)
MILL HILL, LONDON NW7
£9 - £10 NET PER HOUR, 16 HOURS PER WEEK. SEPTEMBER START
Professional family living in Mill Hill would like a friendly Nanny to look after 2 children, aged nearly 4 yrs and nearly 2 years, for 4 hours a day, 3pm -7pm Monday to Thursday.
The older girl is starting school in September, and will finish at 3pm every day, and would need collecting and bringing home.
The youngest child (a boy) is at nursery (in the childcare sense) until 5.30pm each day, and Mum and the nanny would agree who is collecting Alex based on Mum’s working times and any activities or play dates that Amy has.
Both the school and the nursery are within walking distance of the Family home, and so no car/driving is required.
Basic duties would be:
-  to prepare snacks/dinner for both children,
- playing and supervising any (unlikely) homework.
- Perhaps going to some after-school activities once the older child has settled into her new routine,
-  and arranging (and attending if required) play dates with school friends.
There would be additional babysitting by arrangement.
Ideally, the Nanny would be able to help out during school holidays, inset days, and if the children were sick.
However, Mum says she can be as flexible as possible about this depending upon the nanny and her circumstances.
Mum has taken off the first 2 weeks of the child starting school to help her to settle in, and  would like a nanny to start from Monday 13 September so that we have a week together before she takes sole charge.  The child is a very shy little girl and will need this settling time for both the school and the nanny.
YOU WILL NEED:
• To be in the UK to attend Interviews
• To have a good standard of spoken English
• To be a kind person with a genuine love of children
• 2 reference letters (Not just names and numbers)
• To either have, or be willing to apply for, an enhanced CRB disclosure if offered the position. (Paid for by the Family.)
• Please call Norma Lewis on 07956 89 45 89 between 9.30am -7pm to apply for the vacancy.

NLDS 572 P/T LIVE OUT NANNY (AFTER SCHOOL CARE) TOTTERIDGE, NORTH LONDON, £8 NET +NEG PER HOUR.
DRIVER ESSENTIAL
This is a professional family living in a lovely suburb of North London.
Mum works as a Director within the Fashion Retail Industry, and Dad works as an Accountant within the Media Industry.
They have 2 boys aged 10 and 12 years.
Both of the Boys are sporty – one enjoys rugby, football, golf and skiing, and the other prefers Tennis. Both also like creative things too – one enjoys making models, and the other enjoys drawing.
The family need a driver (must have UK experience) to collect the Boys from School, and take to clubs and activities as necessary.
They would also like someone who can give them a bit more time during the holidays when the boys are around – they are sometimes at camp/on school trips
You should be happy to do a little light cleaning – but they will definitely keep their cleaner so we are talking about keeping the house tidy and wiping the surfaces after use.
You will also do the laundry and ironing as the week goes on
As the boys are 13 and 10 (almost 11) they don’t need looking after in the same way as young children, but they do need someone who can settle them down to get on with their homework and someone who can help run their lives in terms of making arrangements to play/go to activities.
Mum and Dad say "Generally we are well organised, but like all Families there is quite a lot of effort and communication to get there. We are looking for someone to help with this. Nice Home, nice area, well behaved children!”

• To be in the UK to attend Interviews
• To have a good standard of spoken English
• To be an experienced UK Driver / car owner

This family consists of Mum and Dad (45 and 46 years), and 3 children, a girl (aged 17), and 2 boys (14 and 9 years).

You will make new friends very easily as there are many  other Au Pairs nearby, and shops /Bars / Coffee Shops, as well as your choice of  Language  Colleges, or even a private Language Tutor .
There is also a Library to help your Studies!
Stanmore is an easy Bus ride away from Brent Cross, one of London’s major shopping Centres.
The Family Home has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
Your room is nicely furnished, and you will be provided with a TV and DVD Player, and you can use the family’s Wireless Internet.
The eldest daughter has special needs, and cannot walk unaided and cannot talk.
She has no behavioural problems, and can communicate with her eyes, and a lovely smile.
THERE IS NO “PERSONAL CARE” AT ALL – Mum and Dad take care of Baths / Toilet / Dressing/ Undressing her.
You will need to work approx 6 hours, 5 days a week.
(7am -10am, then 3.45 -7pm, Monday to Friday)
The day starts with Breakfast for everyone (you will need to feed the daughter) before they all go off to school. Then comes general tidying, and you would be free at 10am.
Your work starts again at between 3.45, when the daughter is brought home from school, and you will need to help to walk her in to the House, and onto the Sofa. She then really enjoys lots of love and attention, and plays with some special “toys”, and loves to listen to music.
The Boys are very funny and playful, and enjoy time outside in the Park and Garden, and after school activities such as Cubs (Boy Scouts), Cricket and Tennis.
Mum says: "We are a lively family. We have had many au pairs over the years, who have all enjoyed being with us. Our last girl stayed for a year and a half. We have always enjoyed having au pairs in our home and always make them welcome. My boys are very typical and will ask the au pair lots of questions and will be expected to join in games with them!! It is important that anyone who comes to our home feels comfortable with special needs, and genuinely enjoys being with children.”

 NLDS 336 P/T COMPANION –HOUSEKEEPER.LIVE OUT, HARROW.
£8 -£12 per hour net, aae
Are you kind and chatty and friendly? Are you happy to keep an elderly gentleman company, and also do a little Housework and cooking for him? Then this would be the perfect job for you.
A widowed elderly gentleman, (85 years), who is blind, lives on his own in Harrow Weald. His Wife died 2 -3 years ago, and although he has very regular visits from his Family, and friends, his daughters would like to feel that he has someone with him to both chat with him, and keep an eye on him to make sure he is OK.
What his daughters are organising on his behalf is a companion / care type of person, who would be happy to live and work with him on Saturdays and Sundays.
(He has a full time person during the week.)
In this time you would be needed to do a little cleaning of a 2 bedroom Flat, take him out for a walk, drive him out and about (car and petrol allowance given), prepare an lunch and light evening meal for him, and generally keep him company.
