How Norma Lewis Domestic Staff Agency can help you find a position as a Nanny / Mother's Help

I run my Domestic Staff / Au Pair  Agency personally, and take the time to speak to a Family at length, in order to get to know them, and the type of Household they are, so that I can fully understand their requirements.

I then take the same amount of care in interviewing and getting to know you, the Applicant. I also help you gather all your paperwork together, if necessary will help you prepare a CV, and can apply for your CRB check for you.

I have myself worked in a similar position involving 1:1 childcare, and I know just how important it is to feel that you have been placed in a Family where things feel right, and not that you are living in some kind of dreadful nightmare!
