Norma is always ready to rise to the challenge of finding the right candidate for the role and in very short time! Having worked with other nanny agencies, I have found Norma the most efficient, personable and always on the end of the phone when you need her. She has subsequently placed two nanny/housekeepers for me and I would definitely use her again but not too soon I hope!!!

Hi norma,
Dil is quite simply fabulous, I hope it lasts, it is all a bit too good to be true. The boys like her and her cleaning is good. She is extremely friendly but knows when to stay out the way, plus she is always on time. What a find by you!!! Please God she is with us for a while. In addition she seems to be happy with us, so good all round.

As first time employers of a Nanny, Norma was incredibly helpful, explaining the different options available from Mother's Helps to Nannies. Every candidate we we saw met our specification to the full. Considerably cheaper than other agencies, Norma's service was far more comprehensive, faster, friendlier and definitely more personal, and ultimately we have an excellent Nanny.

I have recently returned back to work part time and within three months of returning I was already looking for nanny number 3! The first nanny I had wanted more days (which I could not offer) and the second nanny was poached back by her previous employer. It was with some trepidation that I began the search again for nanny number 3 and as you can imagine I was rather wary and put off the whole experience and not amused at the thought of having to pay out more agency fees. I also found Norma's fees very good value and will be turning to Norma should I ever need her help again.
